King 2102 Jiggs Whigham Tenor Trombone w/Case - Used

Used King 2102 Jiggs Whigham Tenor Trombone. Includes Case. 2102L version of the King 2B Tenor Horn with a straight .491" bore and lightweight slide. Makes a wonderful lead Jazz horn. Standard handslide length. Cleaned and serviced by our shop to optimal playing condition so it is ready to sing!
The King Jiggs Whigham model trombone is built with a classic jazz trombone style in mind. Preferred by legendary jazz trombone artist Jiggs Whigham, it features a yellow brass bell which creates a quick response and subtle brilliance. Built around the 2B model bell. the King Jiggs Whigham model features a straight .491″ bore Lightweight slide (compared to the .481″/.491″ dual bore, standard weight slide of the 2B). The King Jiggs model also does not use the counterbalance weight on the main tuning slide.
