The onboard synth engine features presets for classic reggae bass and synthesizer tones, plus a selection of pressure-sensitive dub sirens. The EP-40 is an expressive live performance tool with grid-synced loops and reggae-inspired FX for expressive real-time sound shaping.

The launch kit also includes the lo-fi EP-2350 TING, a standalone handheld microphone with four voice effects (echo, echo+spring, pixie, and robot) and replaceable samples that can be triggered from the microphone.
