The winds and brass pass around the melody while your rhythm section is having fun locking in their parts. With glissandos, an effective pyramid that sets off different sections, and a drum feature, this energetic chart is accessible for developing jazz bands. The open solo section allows students to improvise using only the notes of the familiar concert Bb Blues scale. A written suggested solo is also included.
